Solution:

In keeping with current Ministry initiatives, our development team, created and implemented an international portal with focus on promoting youth ministry resources, while establishing communication lines between parents, students, and youth leaders.
Next, our team equipped Reach Out to sell resources and products online via an online shopping cart system coupled with a real-time sales, reporting, and inventory system.
We then created a high-impact multimedia training course based on their flag-ship product which serves as the core of their ministry. To maintain the viewer's attention, this SCORM compliant course consisted of learning interactives and quizes, guided by a narrator with over 5 hours of audio and video.
nGravis then created a custom Online Learning Management System (LMS) to register participants, provide book-marking functionalities, perform course scoring, and generate progress reports. This LMS, in addition to this course, provided the ability to manage subsequent courses and participants, collecting all participant data in one centralized location.
Process:

The nGravis team collaborated closely with a director-level executives to thorougly learn Reach Out's Ministry and actively engage their organization as a technology partner. This helped our group creatively develop, implement, and promote the portal, online shopping site, and their new e-learning system with a uniform and concise message.
Following well-defined technology guidelines and course requirements, nGravis tested the platform extensively to ensure solution integrity at the end of the developmental process. The outcome was a delivery of a fully integrated portal with a centralized management tool for reporting, access control, and learning management.
Upon launch, nGravis created new marketing avenues through online infomercials and email blast campaigns, utilizing their new, centralized contact management system.
